Spring Fever and I Ache All Over and Just Want to Sleep; IS good news with dentures!

Hi everybody

Looks like the worst of winter is over I have done some things to remake my apt. for warmer weather ( leaving the plastic on the windows up)_

I actually had SUNLIGHT  streaming in through one of my windows this morning, now that the drapes were drawn and the shade was up)

I am exhausted physically and mentally and have aches and pains like you would not believe

Got a load of wash done and errands today

Verizon is giving me endless grief because of their foul up 

I am having throat/esophageal problems from having had acud reflux for so long...in to doctor again tomorrow

Just a token blog tonight I have to rest

Hope all of you are beginning to enjoy something of an end to winter too ( at least the worst part)

THERE IS GOOD NEWS with the new dentures I had them adjusted once already and am beginning to learn to eat all kinds of food again, started with crackers and cheese, working my way up slowly...

Very thankful to have NYU Dental School and my student dentist Ryan Haig who has labored so long and so hard for me

He is very pleasant, son of a dentist who is emulating his father who was also a career Navy officer I guess Ryan considered that but chose a hitch in the Army instead before coming to NYU

And I can SMILE at people again even though at first the teeth looked pretty, uh, toothy to me and I was afraid they made me look like a shark when I smiled...this has turned out to be no problem whatsoever though, I find that people like being smiled at, even in NYC ( I had had such crummy teeth for so long before I had them all pulled...never hardly smiled at all you will notice in almost all old photos I am just grinning)
